About EducateAble

Emotional Wellbeing & Neurodivergent Support for Children, Parents, and Educators

Helping children express, regulate, and feel understood through practical, creative, real-world approaches.

Created by a counselling psychologist and expressive arts therapist, grounded in lived parenting experience.

A Different Kind of Support — Built from Real Experience

EducateAble was created through lived experience.

As a parent navigating ADHD and speech delay during a time with limited access to therapy support, I began exploring practical, home-based ways to support my child’s emotional and developmental needs.

What started at home gradually grew into formal training in counselling psychology and expressive arts therapy — and today, into supporting children, parents, and educators across schools and communities.

This work bridges the gap between theory and real-life application, making emotional support more accessible, practical, and meaningful.
