Founded by experience. Built around learning.
EducateAble was founded by Namita Das, an Educational Consultant, Counselling Psychologist and UNESCO CID Expressive Arts Therapist.

The consultancy grew from her experience working across education, counselling, child development and learning, alongside an earlier professional background in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
Why EducateAble
EducateAble was created around a simple observation: learning and wellbeing needs are changing, while many programmes and resources are still designed around fixed assumptions about learners.
The consultancy brings together psychology and learning design to develop professional learning, educational content and wellbeing programmes around the people and environments they are intended to serve.
The Perspective Behind The Work
Namita’s professional work sits at the intersection of psychology, education and learning design.
Her training in counselling psychology and expressive arts therapy informs her understanding of emotional wellbeing and human development. Her experience in educational content and course development brings a learning design perspective to the work.
Professional Background
Namita holds an MSc in Counselling Psychology from Nkumba University, alongside qualifications in Counselling Psychology and Child Psychology and Level 1 Expressive Arts Therapy through the International Dance Council (CID), UNESCO.
Her professional development also includes training in ADHD strategies, Applied Behaviour Analysis and mental health and community inclusion through the World Health Organization.
She has developed and published professional learning courses through Alison, facilitated wellbeing and expressive arts programmes, contributed to institutional research and writing, and developed educational content for children, families and educators.
The EducateAble Approach
Projects begin with understanding the requirement.
What is the learning gap?
Who needs support?
What would make the response useful in practice?
The resulting programme, content or support is then developed around those requirements.
